Delano Peak and Mt. Holly are sister peaks in the Tushar mountains. This volcanic range looks vastly different from the other mountain ranges in Utah and inspires hikers with incredible views and challenging trails. I had hiked Delano Peak a few years back, but wanted to revisit it, while adding the traverse to Mt. Holly. The trailhead elevation is at 10,500ft and after many switchbacks and 2.5 miles, you push your way to the 12,174ft. summit. The traverse over to Mt. Holly was a bit technical, moving over steep chunky rock outcroppings, but was manageable.
